Midwinter "Moyen" Black Polychrome Transferware. Made in Burslem, England (circa 1910-32).

This rare Moyen pattern made by W. Midwinter features a scene with birds and a dragonfly, a black lattice border and red flowers. There is glaze crazing throughout the platter and some staining associated with it, as shown. Otherwise, it is in good antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
