This antique Pickard China platter dish is a true gem for collectors and enthusiasts of art pottery. Care instructions recommend hand washing only. This gorgeous antique Pickard platter dish is decorated in heavy gilded gold handles and rim. The artist technique used is called Vellum, using soft pastel colors and matte finish paints, that feels like velvet to the touch. Any variations are characteristic of the hand painted and made nature of the product.
